Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use spacecm.property and the services Spacecm Pest Control offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number shown here, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do and Do Not Do

Spacecm Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat for termites, remove animals, or carry out any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

About the Providers

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We also make no promise about whether a provider will be available, how fast they will respond, or how their work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is meant to inform, nothing more. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job and are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways you are not allowed to.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. If you want the contact to stop, email contact@spacecm.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Spacecm Pest Control or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Spacecm Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using this website, from a provider's work or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
